Planning your Party

Our Special Events Manager will tentatively hold a function date up to 10 days without a deposit or contract.  To reserve and guarantee your date and room for your event, a non-refundable deposit, a signed Terms and Conditions agreement is required.  Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled, the initial deposit will not be refunded but may be used for a future event.

Final payment is due, in full, on the day of the event.  Acceptable payment methods include personal checks, certified check, cashier’s check, cash, or credit card as form of payment.  A personal check will be accepted if received at least 10 days prior to the event.  No direct billing is available

You will have a Bistro staff member that will be present just to work your event and can assist you in all questions and needs.  Our Special Events Manager will be available throughout the planning process.  Every event at Bistro on Bridge includes Ivory linens, tableware, coat rack for guests, 120” projector screen and visual equipment if needed, various layout planning, and the set up and break down of the room as it will work best for your event.  In our Analog Bar Room, we use eco- friendly bio-gradable plates and utensils to help the environment.  In our SweetWater Room we use porcelain plate ware and silverware. Additional services and customizations of each event is available for additional costs, please contact Event Sales Manager for details.

Please inquire with our special events manager about facility rental rates for each specified space.  Fees vary based on food and beverage minimums and the variety of spaces required for your event.

Prices do not include Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% or 20% gratuity. Our menu selections are subject to change according to seasonality and market availability. Our Chef is happy to customize and accommodate any food selections for anyone who has food allergies or special dietary needs.  Please inquire with your coordinator for the available options and pricing.

We kindly request that food and beverage selection is provided at least 5 business days prior to the event date.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited with an exception of desserts or cake.

We offer a variety of beverage and cocktail options to accommodate the particular needs of your event including consumption, open bar, cash bar, drink tickets and personalized drink menu.

SweetWater Room

Our SweetWater Room is located on our first floor of our restaurant and is our most private area and can seat between 15 to 40 guests with a variety of table and banquette seating.

Analog Bar Room

We offer two semi-private areas upstairs in our Analog Bar Room.  The two semi-spaces are the Lounge + Shuffleboard area or the Beer Barrel area.  Semi-private means that you would have designated area that would be roped off with stanchions from public.  The rest of the Analog Bar Room would be open to the public.  These two spaces can accommodate parties of 25-100 guests with a variety of layouts.

Private Events in our Analog Bar Room is available upon availability.

Background music is available in our SweetWater Room and Analog Bar Room. Music, entertainment, or amplification is at the discretion of our Special Events Manager. It should be noted live music schedules are subject to change and this should not be construed as an entertaintment commitment. Outside music & entertainment is not permitted for semi-private events.

Guests may provide decorations provided they conform to all Bistro on Bridge requirements and fire codes.  Placement and attachment of such must be coordinated with our special events manager.  Decorations are limited to table top, easel display, and balloons.  Affixing of anything to the using the nails, thumbtacks, glue, or staples, to walls, floors, ceilings is not permitted.  No open flames are permitted.  All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.  Bistro on Bridge is not responsible for any items left at the end of the event.

Bistro on Bridge had a great food selection and perfect space large enough to host our rehearsal dinner. The food was delicious and we  had a ton of left overs! The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas and all of our guests had a great time!
